We finally realized that in the public school our children will never get the Godly nuturing that God intended for them.

Thank you so much for taking the time to keep us up to date with valuable information and support. I know this takes time and effort and a lot of commitment but it does not go unappreciated. We are totally new to the homeschooling concept but we are committed because we believe it is a divine call for our family. Some days we are lost and not sure if we are heading in the right direction (okay that would be most days) however we pray for guidance, read support emails and keep going. Maybe one day we will be able to provide support for newcomers like ourselves. We struggle with an 8th grader, a former GT student, a very competitive personality who insist that he is not learning anything in homeschool. Hopefully we will overcome this challenge. Thanks again for this group and the encouraging emails.
