I am wondering if anyone can tell me how to figure out how much swell and wind waves a 26 MKII with a yamaha four stroke 25 inch shaft. motor on adjustable mount can take before the prop comes out of the water. Where I live the water tends to have a pretty good swell and it seems the perfect days to sail then I get worried when it gets time to motor back in that the prop just will not stay in the water.
