Re: Colleen Murphy's excellent letter to the Free Press

Before you make a choice about MPS, request a copy of all police reports filed by teachers or administrators against parents via the school resource officer (Officer Applegate) since 2012. Make the request to Melrose Police Department using the State's Public Records law format. Then contact these parents and ask them how a police report was suddenly filed against them (coincidentally) immediately after making a complaint to their principal or superintendent's office using the alleged "formal complaint process". Then ask yourself if this is the type of corrupt school administration, city solicitor, school committee and Mayor you want to be living with for the next several years. Be exceedingly cautious if your child has any type of special needs, learning, physical or emotional or otherwise, as these are the primary targets of these corrupt officials. Good luck.

Re: Colleen Murphy's excellent letter to the Free Press

Before you make the choice to send one of your kids to a local parochial school make sure you talk to the local police about the sexual abuse track record of the sponsoring parish and the school itself. Pedophile priests have been protected by these organizations for years and your children are still at risk. If you have kid with issues take comfort in the fact that these schools offer no special education services whatsoever, but will bus your kid back to Melrose for special education services. At the end of the day these schools will cost you $60,000 to $80,000 per kid, your child may be molested, and will most likely find several MHS students at the college of their choice...so really do your homework.

Do your homework

Hopefully, the embarrassment of the OCR findings has tamped down the persistent violations of law by MPS officials but they don't seem to be making any effort to complete the complaint process on all those outstanding complaints that were short-circuited by harassment and intimidation tactics employed by the superintendent's office, city solicitor and SRO against families making complaints. Will OCR be following up on these open complaints?

Re: Colleen Murphy's excellent letter to the Free Press

...and to parents considering the charter school make sure you look at the ethics violations and corruption by the administration, talk to the parents who left the place screaming with there hair on fire, or the poor kids who graduated with a class of under 35...the good news is the parents of these kids can get work in the next Star Wars movie as extras in the bar room scene.

Ahhh...Waka, waka, waka

Re: Colleen Murphy's excellent letter to the Free Press

No MHS - deep corruption. No Catholic - lecherous priests and expense. No Charter - serious hair fire hazard. Sounds like the winners so far are non-parochial private schools. What's the problem with those? Come on. Expense is obvious. What else? You know you want to tell us.

And the winner is
So everyone following this thread is clear. No MHS - deep corruption. No Catholic - lecherous priests and expense. No Charter - serious hair fire hazard. Home schooling, dummy!

And so "Really do your homework" reveals self as the obsessed serial creep otherwise self-named as Clown Patrol, who can't get enough jabs in about those who choose Mystic Valley or any private or parochial school (though doesn't seem to know the difference or even of the existence of the high-level private schools). This poster must have a dark closet full of posted graduation lists from Mystic Valley or Malden Catholic with slash marks and voodoo pins, along with a shrine to some mystical glory days of MHS with burnt knoll goose droppings and pom-poms.

Clown Patrol is also a serial spelling problem. Anytime you wonder if it's him posting under another name check the spelling. It's THEIR not THERE. Anyone know where Clown Patrol received his education?
