Re: memories of Germany

Is always good to have old memories. Your post brought me back a few moons.
We can't go back to the past.....We can remember....but thats it.
The past is gone. All we have is today......and tomorrow....well...there always
be a tomorrow..and we might not be there to see.
I lost 35 years of my life after nam.....Never to see again.

PS I'm not against your post...I just rambling on my own.

It Don't Mean Nuttin

Re: memories of Germany

Thank you Eagle!

I too was just ramblin on. Not much else to do sitting alone here in my room with my dogs. They don't say much but they are good listeners. Then too I don't really say all that much. Who's to listen?

Course tho it does make one feel melancholy. I was thinking of my school years, I went to school in the 40's and 50's. The second war ended when I was 7,Korea started when I was 13 so I missed out on those but I did make Viet Nam.

So yeah, jut like now. Just ramblin on. Thanks for listening. Later.
