Re: Whistling Exhaust!

barn is pretty clean no birds or vermin seen ever or traces off, but i was thinking maybe it is issue with silencer.

I think i'm going to start at the back and take the exhaust off section by section, till it stops.

My bus number (if any): RMF2771

Re: Whistling Exhaust!

The noise probably originates in the silencer from carbon build up or internal disintegration if there are definitely no leaks. Valve events are another possibility.

Re: Whistling Exhaust!

I'd go with what roy says, silencer disintegration. They're still available to order and I think I have a new one on the shelf if that's any help.

My bus number (if any): RML2532
