Very sad news : PEABO BRYSON (b. April 13, 1951), the two time Grammy Award winning singer, passed away in Marietta, Georgia, on June 2nd, 2026, at age 75, after suffering a stroke on May 31st. He was well known for his 1980s and 1990s soft rock ballads. He sang \"If Ever You\'re In My Arms Again\" in 1984 and \"Can You Stop The Rain\" in 1991. Additionally, he was well known for singing Disney movie songs, like \"Beauty And The Beast\" with Celine Dion, and \"A Whole New World\" with Regina Belle. RIP, Peabo!

SONNY ROLLINS (b. Walter Theodore Rollins 7th September 1930, d. 25th May 25 2026). US tenor sax player, one of the big beasts of 20th Century Jazz, he influenced pretty much everyone who came after him. A great improviser, he also composed what later became jazz standards, like ‘St Thomas’ and ‘Doxy’.

With the help of the British guitarists GLENN ROSS CAMPBELL and TONY HILL they recorded a couple of impressive tracks. After their singer RICK BROWN was drafted into the U.S. Army and several lineup changes, the band fell apart. GLENN ROSS CAMPBELL founded JUICY LUCY, and TONY HILL joined HIGH TIDE.
