Very sad news from the UK... MIKE VERNON, producer genius and founder of the legendary BLUE HORIZON label, died 02. of March 2026. He worked with nearly every British blues great: FLEETWOOD MAC, CHICKEN SHACK, SAVOY BROWN, JOHN MAYALL, DUSTER BENNETT and American giants like OTIS SPANN and EDDIE BOYD. In my own collection you will find more than 30 BLUE HORIZON albums; as I said, a sad day...
