CRAIG DOUGLAS (b. Terence Perkins August 13th 1941, d. September 4th 2026) Late 1950’s and early 60’s British singer, successful in that odd ‘sanitised rock and roll’ period after Elvis but before the Beatles, much like Cliff Richard. Had a 1959 UK #1 with a cover of Sam Cooke’s ‘Only Sixteen’.

BILL CONSTABLE aka ADAM BLESSING, lead vocalist for the American hard psychedelic rock band DAMNATION OF ADAM BLESSING, died 08. of July 2026. They recorded three fine albums on UNITED ARTISTS between 1969 and 1971, worth listening.

David Wiffen who was born in Surrey, U.K. before moving to Canada at 16 passed away on Apr.5 @ 84. During his career which began a lengthy career as a folk singer releasing recordings for Fantasy, United Artists and True North starting in 1965 with a live recording done in a B.C. coffeehouse and ending in 2015 with \'Songs from the Lost and Found.\' In between he recorded discs produced by Bruce Cockburn.

The German singer, songwriter and comedian PETER EHLEBRACHT died 17. of February 2026 (the information was only released just now). He was the last surviving member of the legendary comedy group INSTERBURG & CO, very popular in Germany in the 60s and 70s.

Cassandra Wilson, died 2 September 2026, 70 years of age, hugely talented, Jazz vocalist. She leaves a recorded legacy for all to enjoy. May her spirit rest, in peaceful repose.
