Jinks - ice from the sky?

I saw that on TV this AM before heading out into the below zero wind chill to come to work (yep! still work part time). That was one huge hunk of ice to be on an airplane - if an aircraft had that thick an ice accumulating on it - the pilot would be in deep s***....
